Before working at Tandem, Gastón worked in different positions in the Marketing and Strategic Planning areas, in companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Ford Motor Company and Bagley (Arcor – Danone groups). In addition, Gastón is an associate professor of Decision Theory in graduate and postgraduate careers courses in several Universities in Argentina (UBA, CEMA, UB, etc.), and has lectured on related subjects in different academic and private institutions. He obtained his Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, and his MBA from the University of the Center of Macroeconomic Studies of Argentina (CEMA in Spanish). He is the author of the novel “Muzzarella” (2005), co-author of the book "The Decision – Theory and Practice", which was edited by Norma – Kapelusz (2004), and has written several articles related to decision making.
