Decision making is the activity of highest relevance and impact people and teams within an organization. Decisions have become more and more complex as a result of the high levels of competition, rapid changes, the teams´ organizational complexity, the availability of information (scarce or excessive) and the growing uncertainty we have to undergo.  In this environment, it becomes critical to have individuals and teams able to take these decisions in an effective, reliable and consistent way.
